The reception barn at Flying V Ranch is the original auction barn, steeped in true Texas heritage. With its southern white ship lap walls, wood floors, original industrial beams, it exudes rustic charm. A striking chandelier adds a touch of elegance to this unmatched Texas setting.
Next to the Reception Barn, a versatile Covered Pavilion offers the perfect multi-functional space. It is frequently used as a cozy lounge, food service area, ceremony site or dance floor! The Pavilion effortlessly adapts to elevate your event experience.
Directly off the Reception Hall, you’ll find the Cocktail Garden. With string lights overhead, a charming central fountain, biergarten style tables, and a cozy fire pit, it’s the perfect spot for guests to mix and mingle. The bar conveniently opens both to this area and the Reception Hall, ensuring seamless service throughout your event.
The COTTAGE
The cottage, believed to be nearly a century old, is the original homestead of Flying V Ranch. Brimming with charm, it offers a picturesque setting for spending time with family and friends while preparing for the big event.
Often reserved for the groom and his groomsmen, this lounge offers plenty of space to relax, catch the game, and gear up for the big day. Thoughtful antiques and a vintage Flying V Ranch cattle auction sign lend a unique character, while ample seating for 11+ ensures everyone can enjoy this thoughtfully designed space.

The Flying V Ranch has been in the Warner family for three generations and is still home to a working cattle operation. The authentic barn and original homestead were converted into the venue they are today with a focus on sharing the Warner’s magical location with others to celebrate the special moments of their life.
