Use this guide to start making decisions and envisioning the timeline of your event!

Ceremony Start Time
The best place to start is with the time you will start your ceremony.
FVR recommends starting your ceremony at least 1.5 hours before the sunset time on your event date. (Google your event date + sunset time to see what time this will happen)!
FVR includes 5 hours for the actual event from ceremony start time to grand exit time.
Some couples will choose to have their event time be less than this, or will choose to add on additional event hours (please inquire for more information). Floor plans below show events lasting 5 hours.
