The catalog will include quantities of each item, dimensions, and other notes specific to the item. Also included in the catalog are optional additions that we offer at The Flying V Ranch!
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, we do occasionally have breakage of items, so quantities or availability of items might be different for you when we get closer to your event. We do try to replace items, if possible, and also occasionally add new items to the collection, The Flying V Ranch cannot guarantee the availability of any of these items. We regularly update quantities of items in all of the forms listed, which can be discovered by using the Quantity box for each item. Please only select the items you 100% know you will be using. (Any additional items you need at the last minute can always be checked out by your venue manager for you on wedding day).
Please only complete the cart check out process ONE TIME. This must be completed 10 days before your event date and cannot be changed after submission.
Please see product descriptions for further information regarding candles for products needing them. This is very important information that could affect your security deposit.
FVR is able to keep The House Collection complimentary with client set up and tear down of products. If you would like assistance with this, please select the decorating assistant option under FVR Services.
Most likely, the optional additions and services that you have discussed in your 60 and 30 day meetings have already been added to the invoice in your portal (the invoice in your portal is via a different system). Therefore, while this catalog provides more clear details about each item to see, you should avoid adding optional additions and services to your cart from this catalog to avoid paying for them twice.
If you decide to add on any optional additions or services to your package (rental items or paid services) that were not discussed in your 30 day meeting, please alert hello@flyingvranch.com of these additions before adding them to your cart. Availability of additional services is on a case by case basis within 30 days of your event.
