The client is responsible for providing their own mix*, liquor, glassware, and set up/ clean up of the machine.
THE MIX PROVIDED MUST BE A CONCENTRATED MIX THAT IS LISTED AS SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL MACHINES.

TYPICAL MARGARITA MIX FROM THE STORE CANNOT BE USED WITH THIS MACHINE.

An approved commercial mix is listed on FVR’s Amazon List.


We recommend the client pours their mix and necessary water into the machine upon arrival to the venue on the day of the event. 
The venue manager will then assist in turning the machine on properly to start freezing.
The bartender is responsible for pouring liquor into the mix upon their arrival and replenishing the machine as wanted/ needed. 
The client is responsible for arranging for the machine to be thoroughly cleaned per posted instructions via the bartender or a client representative after the event. 

This is a double-sided machine- each tank holds 2 gallons for a total of 4 gallons per "round".
We recommend 2-3 handles of liquor for each 4-gallon "round" (or 1-1.5 handles of liquor per tank/ side).
Each 4-gallon "round" serves about 45 ten-ounce servings.
